Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to services operated by HARD TAB LLC, including the private social media management service at postiz.hardtab.com. By using a service, you agree to these terms.

Authorized use

Services may be used only by authorized users and only with accounts and content they have the right to access, manage, and publish. Users must keep their access secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.

Content and platform rules

Users remain responsible for their content, publishing choices, required disclosures, and compliance with law. Use of a connected social platform is also governed by that platform’s terms, developer policies, and community rules. HARD TAB does not obtain ownership of user content solely because it is processed by our services.

Prohibited conduct

Users must not use the services to:

• access or publish to an account without permission;
• violate law, intellectual property rights, or platform rules;
• distribute malware or interfere with the service or its security;
• misrepresent identity, authorization, or the origin of content.

Availability and third-party services

Features may depend on third-party APIs and can change, become unavailable, or operate under platform-specific limits. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, compliance, or operational reasons.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” HARD TAB disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or successful publication by a third-party platform.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HARD TAB LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of a service.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for unauthorized, unlawful, insecure, or materially non-compliant use. Users may stop using the service and disconnect their social accounts at any time.

Governing law and contact
