Who we are

HARD TAB LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy applies to HARD TAB services, including our private social media management service at postiz.hardtab.com.

Information we process

Depending on how a service is used, we may process:

• account information such as name, email address, and profile image;
• social account identifiers, profile details, and OAuth access or refresh tokens;
• content, media, captions, schedules, drafts, and publishing preferences;
• technical logs, IP addresses, browser information, and diagnostic events.

We do not sell personal information.

How we use information

We use information to:

• authenticate authorized users and maintain their accounts;
• connect social accounts at the user’s direction;
• prepare, schedule, publish, and analyze approved content;
• secure, troubleshoot, and improve our services;
• comply with applicable law and enforce our terms.

Service providers and social platforms

We use hosting, infrastructure, and software providers to operate our services. When a social account is connected or content is published, information is also processed by the selected platform under its own terms and privacy policy. These platforms may include TikTok, Google/YouTube, Meta, X, LinkedIn, and others chosen by an authorized user.

On our public company website, your browser requests a country lookup from Country so we can tailor which product information appears. This request shares your IP address with that service; we use the returned country code for the page display and do not request your device location.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and integration data while it is needed to provide the service. OAuth access can be revoked through the relevant social platform or by disconnecting the account. To request deletion of HARD TAB-held data, email support@hardtab.com. Residual copies may remain temporarily in restricted backups until routine rotation.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we process. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than the user’s country, where privacy laws may differ.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us. You can also revoke a connected platform’s authorization from that platform’s account settings.

Children and changes

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
